Broadcast & Interaction Data

We collect the broadcasts you post and the hearts (likes) you give to other broadcasts. This data is stored to power your account, your followers' inboxes, and engagement metrics you see in your dashboard.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use Hello.im: which broadcasts you open, which links you click, when you log in. This helps us understand which delivery methods work best and improves our service.

Device & Technical Information

Your IP address, browser type, and device information are collected automatically. We use this to secure your account, detect fraud, and understand which devices our users prefer.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for these purposes:

To deliver broadcasts: Your email is used to send you broadcasts from creators you follow.
To provide our service: Managing your account, displaying your profile, storing your posts and interactions.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Email delivery: We use email providers to send broadcasts. Your email is shared only for this purpose.

Account data: Kept for as long as your account is active. Deleted 30 days after account deletion.

Broadcasts: Kept indefinitely unless you delete them or delete your account.

Usage logs: Kept for 12 months for security and analytics purposes.

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of Hello.im after such changes means you accept the updated policy.
